These terms govern the use of this site, our free content and the tools we publish.
01Acceptance
By using this site, our content or our tools, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use them.
02Who we are and what we offer
Miah AI Telier is an independent studio operated by Ulpo Media SpA, RUT 76.540.038-4, Providencia, Santiago, Chile. We publish tools for Unity, tutorials and videos for people who build games on their own. Some content is free and some tools are paid.
03Tool licences
Paid tools are licensed under the conditions shown on their itch.io page. Unless that page says otherwise, a purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the tool in your own projects, including commercial ones, in as many projects as you like.
What you may not do: resell the tool, redistribute or publish its source code, or share it publicly. That would compete with the studio that makes it.
04Free content and tutorials
You can use what you learn in your projects. The code shown in the videos is an example: read it, adapt it and test it in your own game before relying on it.
05Your questions and feedback
If you send us a question or a suggestion, we may use it in a video or in the tools, and when we do we credit whoever asked. Do not send us confidential information or material you do not own.
06Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the tools to break the law, to attack or overload our services, or to redistribute them as your own.
07AI content and no professional advice
Miah is an AI character and the content is educational. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not a promise that a given approach will work in your project.
08Third-party services
Links and embeds may take you to third-party platforms (YouTube, itch.io, Discord), each with its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
09Warranties
The site and the tools are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they are free of errors or that they will fit a particular purpose.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ulpo Media SpA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or the tools, or for lost data, profits or projects.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest versión. If you keep using the site after a change, you are accepting it.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, and any dispute is submitted to the courts of Santiago, Chile.
