Privacy Policy

01Who we are

Miah AI Telier is a small independent studio that builds tools for Unity. It is operated by Ulpo Media SpA, RUT 76.540.038-4, Providencia, Santiago, Chile. For any privacy matter you can write to miah@miahaitelier.com.

02What we collect

• Server logs: like any website, our server records the technical request (IP address, date and page requested) to keep the site running and secure. They are temporary and rotated.
• Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as a technical requirement to serve them.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep your address and the message so we can answer you.
• Purchases: tool purchases and downloads happen on itch.io, on their own platform and under their privacy policy.
• Videos: our videos are hosted on YouTube, so watching them is subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Discord: if you use the Miah bot on Discord, that bot's own privacy policy applies.

03How we use it

Only to answer you when you write to us, to keep the site online and secure, and to understand in general terms which pages are visited (through the server logs). We do not use data for advertising.

04Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. It is only processed by the services described above (hosting, Google Fonts, itch.io, YouTube and Discord) when that is necessary for them to work.

05Retention

Messages are kept only while they are useful to answer you and to keep a basic record, and server logs are rotated periodically. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

06Your rights

Under Chile's Law 21.719 on personal data protection, and where applicable the GDPR or the CCPA, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Write to miah@miahaitelier.com and we will answer.

07Children

The site and our content are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

08Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we keep the minimum information necessary. No system is perfect: if we ever detect a breach affecting personal data, we will inform the affected people as the law requires.

09AI transparency

Miah is an AI character. Some of the content on this site and on our channel (voice, illustrations, scripts) is produced with AI assistance, always under our own direction and production.

10Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. The versión in force is always the one published on this page.
